Shipping Policies

• Sildenafil Citrate , Tadalafil , Vardenafil , Finasteride , Nolvadex , Clomid , Aldactone , Lasix , Synthroid , Acomplia and all generics usually take 15-25 business days from the moment the order is shipped
• All the generic meds are shipped from our India facility and generally take about 15-25 business days to be received from the moment the order is shipped
• Clenbuterol , Cytomel , Anastrozole and Spiropent are shipped from within Europe. This products are shipped regular mail and delivery takes from 16 to 30 Business days.
• Some products like Cytomel and Arimidex will be removed from their original package and repacked. This is done due to the fact the product is originaly in bulk package (500-1000 pills bottles)
• For some products, especialy in the case of Cytomel, we will substitute the 25 mcg pills with 50 mcg pills if the 25 mcg pills are not available in stock. Due to this half the number of originaly ordered pills will be shipped.For example, if the customer orders 30 x 25 mcg pills we will ship 15 x 50 mcg pills.
• No instruction papers will be shipped with the products. All dosage and schedule issues should be coordinated with your doctor.
• We do not process orders on Weekends and Holidays
• We will not process or ship orders to A.P.Os
• Please allow at least 2-4 business days for processing (verification, packaging) before order ships (weekends excluded)
• If extra identification is required to process you order, please calculate arrival time starting 24-48 hours after information has been successfully received by our billing department
• If billing information or shipping addresses are incomplete, calculate arrival time starting 24-48 hours from the time the correct information has been supplied to our billing department
• Generic meds Orders with more than 90+ pills will be sent in multiple shipments and they may not arrive the same day
• If an order is composed of generic meds and Clenbuterol, Cytomel, Arimidex that the generics will be shipped separatly from the Clenbuterol, Cytomel and/or Arimidex since this products are shipped from different places.
• If billing and shipping address are different we will ask for further identification and email will be sent with instructions
• We do not ship to high risk countries such us Ghana, Nigeria, Indonesia, Yugoslavia, Lithuania, Egypt, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Russia, Pakistan, Malaysia, Ukraine, Guam, Namibia, Thailand, Salvador, Cambodia, Oman, Morocco, Congo, Laos, Ethiopia, Sri Lanka, Gabon, Gambia, Nepal, Palau, Senegal, Malawi, Algeria, Angola, Afghanistan, Belarus, Haiti, Kenya, Nicaragua, Zimbabwe, Uganda, Sudan, Sierra Leone, Singapore, Israel, Slovenia and Rwanda
• If your order does not arrive within 30 business days from the moment the order was sent, we will reship the order without any extra cost, as long as the address provided was correct.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure that you enter a valid shipping address in your order form. We strongly recommend you double check your order information before submitting the order. Any mistake may cause the non-delivery of the product (since the package can't be returned to sender) and will be at the expense of the customer. If after you have placed your order, you notice that the address was specified incorrectly, please contact us as within 12 hours to inform us by email or live chat support.

Packaging

Your medication is discreetly packaged to protect your privacy and security. We do not send commercial packaging or invoice with the order, only the strips with the tablets will be sent. As mentioned above, some pills will be repackage due to original bulk package.
